Job Category: Hospitality & Leisure THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Cove Tavern. This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Running the day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining, and gaming
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Handling guest feedback quickly and professionally
- Contributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost management
- Ensuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policies

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Have

- Current RMLV, RSA,



RSG and Approved Managers Licence
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, including gaming
- Robust customer service experience and a love of hospitality
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
