About the RoleAs a Childcare Trainer & Assessor, you'll play a key role in developing the next generation of Early Childhood professionals by:

What We're Looking For✔ Experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Current Trainer & Assessor qualifications (or ability to update as required)
✔ Strong communication and coaching skills
✔ A genuine passion for developing others
✔ Ability to connect classroom learning with real-world industry experience
