About your new role:

- Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.
- Manage day-to-day classroom operations and maintain flexible routines.
- Mentor and lead your classroom team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
- Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of our children.
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with children, families, and the community.

A little about you:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA (fully qualified or working towards).
- Teachers registration
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications.
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
- Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families.
