The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As our Education &
- Training Manager, you will develop, deliver and continuously improve learning and development programs across Le Creuset Australia &
- New Zealand. You'll be responsible for training Retail Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Part-Time and Casual team members, Head Office employees, and Third-Party Retail Partners on Le Creuset brand & products, selling skills, customer service excellence, cooking demonstrations, company systems and SOP.

This is a part-time role working 3 days per week
Regular Domestic And International Travel Required
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual ANZ Learning &
- Development strategy, creating learning pathways and capability-building programs for Retail, Head Office, and Third-Party Retail Partner teams.
- Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, including facilitator guides, manuals, eLearning content, videos, user guides, and certification programs.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training across all product categories, ensuring employees understand product features, materials, manufacturing processes, customer benefits, and brand positioning.
- Lead product launch education programs, including the development and delivery of training to support new product introductions and seasonal campaigns.
- Deliver retail sales and customer experience training focused on selling skills, customer engagement, clienteling, conversion improvement, average transaction value, and service excellence.
- Coach Retail Managers and leaders in team management, performance improvement, leadership capability, and effective onboarding of new employees.
- Develop practical cooking demonstration and brand experience training, equipping teams to confidently conduct in-store demonstrations, events, and customer experiences while ensuring food safety compliance.
- Provide training solutions for key business systems, including Cegid POS, Power BI, IWS Workforce Management, ADP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
- Coordinate and facilitate Head Office induction programs, ensuring employees understand company culture, values, policies, systems, and processes while supporting ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Design and deliver tailored education programs for department stores, independent retailers, and distribution partners across Australia and New Zealand, including in-person training, product launches, and seasonal learning initiatives.
- Manage training administration and reporting, including training records, competency assessments, certifications, participation tracking, training calendars, logistics, ROI reporting,
and continuous improvement of learning outcomes while fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development across the business.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail training, learning & development, or education.
- Experience delivering both classroom and hands-on training.
- Experience training on retail systems and operational processes.
- Premium retail exposure within, cookware, homewares, luxury goods, hospitality or consumer brands.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and training best practice.
- Degree or certification in training, L&D;, HR, Business, Management, Education or related discipline.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence all audiences with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital training tools.
- Passion for food, cooking and the Le Creuset brand.
- Commercially minded with solid retail acumen.
- Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and systems into practical learning experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
