About the Position
We are seeking an Education & Consultancy Lead to join our team and play a critical role in the growth and delivery of education and consultancy services through the Alzheimer’s WA Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee the delivery of education and learning programs, develop innovative consultancy solutions, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing and impactful service that builds dementia capability and improves outcomes for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow Alzheimer's WA's education and consultancy service, aligning it with the overall organisational goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and delivery of high-quality education and training programs that meet client needs and are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
- Develop responsive and innovative consultancy solutions that strengthen dementia capability across organisations and communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government, health, aged care and community sector stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships and new service offerings.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets, operational performance, compliance and quality assurance, ensuring projects and services are delivered successfully and achieve intended outcomes.
About You
You are a confident and commercially minded leader with a passion for education and social impact.
You will bring
- Leadership experience within education, training, consultancy, workforce development or a related sector.
- Experience operating within an RTO environment and knowledge of compliance and quality requirements.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- A track record of building client relationships and growing services through business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management, financial management and operational leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or a similar sector will be highly regarded.
