Education & Quality Officer | Up to $90,000 Super | Home CareA thriving Home Care business based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Education & Quality Officer to step into a role supporting their Education and Quality functions within their Sydney region. A candidate who has proven experience within Home Care is essential either as a Care Manager or preference with a candidate who is motivated and interested in a role within Education, pushing continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Criteria

- Available F/T Role
- AHPRA Registered RN
- Experience in Home Care
- Chinese Speaking preferred
- Ability to drive improvement within small and large teams
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of Recent Aged Care Quality Standards
- Educator Background highly desired
