About the Client:
Zylo has partnered with leading boutique firm in the heart of Sydney. They are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients and offering employee satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Lawyer to join their team in Sydney.
Position Summary:
This role will be tailored to suit the ideal candidate and as a Lawyer with experience in either Commercial, Litigation or Insolvency law, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to their clients. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, disputes, and insolvency proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Advising clients on legal matters
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Managing caseloads and deadlines
- Contributing to the development of the firm's practice areas
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Law degree and admission to the Australian legal profession
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, litigation, or insolvency law and a want to focus on 1 or 2 of these specialties
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
