- Experience providing everyday care for high-acuity clients, including the use of hoists, managing bowel care and personal, catheter care, and experience with traumatic back injury care.

- People persons: Someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and building connections with their patients.

- Reliable and qualified: Someone who is reliable and demonstrates professionalism and takes pride in their work.

- Transport independence: Candidates who can drive and have their own transportation.
