This is a full-time role for a Property Valuer located in the Port Macquarie Region, NSW, with the flexibility to work from home.

Our Mid Coast office (est. 2003) is looking to add to its team of experienced valuers and support staff, servicing a diverse client base across residential, rural, and commercial sectors — supported by CivicIPN's national systems, data resources, and cooperative culture.

Opportunities, Qualifications & Skills

- Valuation of a range of property types (commercial & industrial, residential, rural)
n
- Experience both Mortgage and Non-Mortgage work
n
- Willingness to be involved in business management and development
n
- Relevant qualifications in Property Valuation
n
- Proficiency in valuation software and tools
n
- Mentoring and ownership
