Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to step into an established role, initially an 8-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The successful candidate will be capable of managing day-to-day marketing coordination, creating skilled marketing collateral, supporting events, and producing engaging content across digital channels.

n

Flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

n

Candidates must have:

n

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator.
n
- Intermediate to Advanced edting skills in Adobe IllustratorandInDesign.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 skills (or equivalent experience using Google Workspace).
n

Highly Desirable Experience with:

n
- Adobe Photoshop
n
- Event marketing or event coordination
n
- Eventbrite
n
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
n
- Copywriting and Case studies
n




- Producing social media content from technical information
n
- Project management tools
n

Working Hours

n
- Full-time orPart-time (30-35 hours per week)
n
- Adaptable start/finish times
n

Candidates must be willing to:

n
- Attend the Blacktown office as required.
n
- Support Sydney-based events when needed.
n
- Travel occasionally for marketing activities.
n
