We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide on a FULL‐TIME basis!

Responsibilities

- Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
n
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
n
- Be a role model and lead the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
n
- Guide and train all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
n




- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards.
n
- Coordinate team members to ensure effective inventory processing and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.
n
- Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.
n
- Consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
n
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Retail leadership experience in men's, women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
