EPC Eastern Palliative Care is seeking a Bereavement Counsellor to provide counselling and support to clients within an interdisciplinary team. The role involves assessment, discharge planning, and developing bereavement resources for staff, volunteers, and clients.

The counsellor will facilitate bereavement groups, contribute to program development, and participate in after-hours service as required. A relevant tertiary qualification and bereavement credentials are essential.
