Cosmetic Growth & Onboarding Manager | Juv'ae

Juv’ae is one of Australia’s leading cosmetic nursing networks. We support nurses with clinical education, medical oversight, technology, compliance, business development and ongoing professional support to help them build safe, successful and sustainable careers in aesthetics.

As our network continues to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven Cosmetic Nurse Growth & Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding team and to grow the Juv’ae national nurse network.

About the Role

This is a sales and leadership role combining nurse acquisition, sales conversion, relationship management and onboarding.

You will manage the full journey from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding, supporting both nurses entering the aesthetics industry through our Clinical Foundations pathway and experienced cosmetic nurses looking to join the Juv’ae network.

You will:

Lead, support and manage the Nurse Onboarding team with a strong Sales Driven & Performance focused approach

Manage inbound enquiries from nurses interested in joining Juv’ae & proactively move qualified leads through the Sales funnel

Build strong relationships and guide nurses through their decision-making journey

Convert qualified enquiries into fully onboarded and active Juv’ae nurses

Clearly communicate the Juv’ae value proposition, services and pathways, consistently achieving agreed sales & conversion targets

Identify the most appropriate pathway for Clinical Foundations and experienced nurses

Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure a professional candidate experience

Monitor & report on sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline activity, lead progression & team KPI's

Work closely with our Education, Clinical, Operations and Marketing teams to maximise recruitment & sales opportunities





Contribute to recruitment campaigns, information sessions and industry events

Play a key role in expanding the Juv’ae national footprint by driving nurse acquisition, onboarding & sustainable growth

About You

You are confident in sales and relationship building with strong commercial instincts and the ability to lead both people and performance.

You will ideally have:

At least three years’ experience in sales, recruitment, business development, onboarding or client relationship management

Experience leading or supporting a high-performing team

A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed conversion and growth targets

Confidence managing consultative sales conversations and guiding decisions

Strong follow-up, pipeline management and organisational skills

A professional, energetic and accountable approach

The ability to build trust with nurses at different stages of their careers

Experience using a CRM or managing a structured sales pipeline

Experience in healthcare, recruitment, cosmetic aesthetics, education or working directly with nurses will be highly regarded but is not essential.
