What You Will Do:

This role partners with senior leaders across the business. You will:

n

- Be the go-to HR business partner who helps our teams and leaders thrive.
n
- Work closely with senior leaders, offering practical, people-first HR advice that makes a difference.
n
- Identify key trends, provide insights, and ensure compliance.
n
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute the People Strategy aligned with our vision and long-term goals.
n
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding these values into our culture.
n
- Collaborate with the Director of HR to implement global and local HR programs tailored to our people.
n
- Contribute to refining processes, boosting engagement, and setting our teams up for success, making a tangible impact across the business.

What We're Looking For:

n

- Business Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
n
- 8+ years of HR experience in progressively senior Business Partner roles.
n
- Strong knowledge of HR laws,



policies, and practices.
n
- Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
n
- Excellent at building trusted relationships across leadership and teams.
n
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
- Proactive, autonomous, solutions-oriented mindset.
n
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience and culture.
n
