BIM Coordinator (MEP)

Location: Sydney

Salary: $100K to $130K + Super (pending experience)

Overview:

This is a newly created role where you will play a hands‑on part in creating 2D and 3D modeling projects for large data centre designs, utilising the internal design team for support.

Project sizes vary and include greenfield construction projects worth hundreds of millions of $.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in complex construction projects with exposure across MEP.

Requirements

- Qualifications in construction or engineering
- 2 years+ Revit project experience
- Data centre experience preferred otherwise large critical projects encompassing complex MEPF components and ability to co‑ordinate MEPF services within 3D modelling or 2D layout workplace
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks Manage and Revit MEP
- Hold appropriate qualifications/certifications around Autodesk/AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Excellent communicator with ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
