We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who wishes to develop their professional career in an international, innovative, and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. The position will be based in our Sydney facility, providing HR service and support to all employees in the plant, and being part of a Global HR Network.

Responsibilities

- Employee Relations & Support: Provide guidance and support to all employees in the plant, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
n
- Talent Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies to attract and grow top talent.
n
- Performance & Development: Support managers in performance management processes, career development, and succession planning.
n
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies.
n
- Change Management:
Partner with leadership to implement organizational changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global HR network to share best practices and contribute to global projects.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
n
- Have 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as HRBP in industrial or manufacturing environments.
n
- Possess strong knowledge of labor legislation, HR processes, and employee relations.
n
- Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
n
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
n
- Are proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
n
