The Opportunity:
n
An exciting chance now exists for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join their highly regarded national BD and marketing team. Supporting high-performing partners and BD professionals, you will contribute directly to business growth initiatives, client engagement, and brand visibility.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Assist in preparing compelling capability statements, proposals, tenders, and presentations.
n
- Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, including seminars, webinars, and client briefings.
n
- Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including practice area content, lawyer profiles, and credentials.
n
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, managing website content updates and social media channels.
n
- Support CRM activities, including updating databases, coordinating EDMs, and tracking analytics.
n
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
n
- Collaborate closely with partners, lawyers, and the broader BD and marketing teams across offices.
n
n
Who We're Looking For:
n
n
- At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within professional services (ideally legal or accounting).
n
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with proven attention to detail.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Digital marketing skills, including proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and CRM software.
n
- Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
n
