The role: Lead Educator
n
n
- Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.
n
- Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
n
- Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices.
n
n
Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working‐towards.
n
- In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
n
- Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children.
n
- Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
n
- Experience in leading a room or team.
n
- Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
n
- Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or be willing to obtain it prior to employment.
n
