OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER -

This is a hands‐on HR Business Partner role with real breadth. You will work closely with leaders and managers on the practical, day‐to‐day people matters that keep the business running well — from employee relations and performance management through to onboarding, and reward processes.
n
You'll be part of a small, collaborative HR team and will be trusted to manage issues end‐to‐end, provide transparent advice, and follow things through to completion.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Supporting leaders and managers with employee relations matters, performance issues,
and workplace concerns
n
- Coaching managers through day‐to‐day people decisions and conversations
n
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring, approvals, and onboarding activity
n
- Managing and coordinating performance review and promotion cycles
n
- Supporting learning and development activities, including identifying needs and coordinating delivery
n
- Assisting with annual remuneration and salary review processes
n
- Ensuring HR policies, employee records, and systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant across ANZ
n
- Supporting internal programs such as reward and recognition initiatives and engagement activities
n
n
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
n
You are a practical, delivery‐focused HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and trusted by leaders to "get things done."
n
You'll bring:
n
n
- Solid experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation
n
- Confidence handling employee relations matters and manager coaching
n
- A pragmatic, solutions‐oriented approach with good judgement
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or global environment (preferred)
n
