Aurizon is seeking a Safety Partner to support operational and business leaders in delivering strong safety outcomes across our Central Queensland Coal Network. This hands-on role focuses on practical safety advice, coaching and assurance, working with leaders and frontline teams to embed a positive safety culture.
You will be based locally and contribute to improvement initiatives, audits and governance, helping manage safety in a high-risk setting while building capability across teams.
