Overview

We're looking for a motivated individual, whether from a similar recruitment background or a recent university graduate, eager to launch a rewarding career in recruitment. Based in our Perth CBD office, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full 360 recruitment cycle – sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into permanent roles across a variety of industries.

You'll manage client relationships, maintain familiarity with client history, review order activity, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll also support business development, identify new opportunities, and actively pursue sales leads through networking, presentations, and direct engagement with clients.

Compliance, professionalism, and quality are key – you'll follow Work Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality control processes, while responding promptly to client concerns and working toward performance objectives.
