We are seeking a high‐calibre Senior Property Manager on a temporary basis to oversee a unique and critical property portfolio.

The Opportunity: Strategic Property Leadership

n

As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the integrity and functionality of a diverse regional and metropolitan portfolio. This role requires a sophisticated blend of strategic framework development and hands‐on operational management to ensure all facilities are fit‐for‐purpose.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Framework Development: Develop and implement robust property processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure organisational compliance and operational excellence.

- Lease Management: Managed multiple commercial lease agreements end‐to‐end, including high‐level negotiation, renewals, and rigorous critical‐date tracking.
n
- Specialised Oversight: Ensure facilities, hangars, and clinical sites meet strict safety and compliance standards, maintaining a "ready‐for‐action" environment.
n
- Asset Lifecycle: Coordinate maintenance, contractor management, and asset lifecycle planning across all sites to maximise efficiency and longevity.
n
- Project Delivery: Lead minor works, office fit‐outs, and property‐related projects with a focus on minimal disruption to front‐line service delivery.

- Reporting & Systems:



Provide data‐driven reporting and property system management to support high‐level operational decisions.

What You'll Bring:

We are looking for a seasoned property professional who has the technical gravitas to handle complex commercial leases but possesses an approachable, collaborative personality.

- Proven Experience: A strong background as a Senior Property Manager managing complex commercial, government, or specialised portfolios.

- Leasing Expert: Deep technical knowledge of lease‐agreement frameworks and the ability to interpret complex obligations for various stakeholders.

- Operational Savvy: Demonstrated success in contractor management and maintenance coordination for multi‐site operations.
n
- Project Leadership: The ability to drive minor works and facility upgrades autonomously from inception to completion.
n
- Cultural Fit: You are described as open, bubbly, and a natural collaborator. You enjoy working within a passionate, mission‐driven team and take pride in transparent, proactive communication.
