Redpath Partners is currently partnering with a leading Professional Quantity Surveying consultancy to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Sydney team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, health, education, infrastructure, industrial and government sectors.

Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, providing expert cost advice from feasibility through to project completion while building long-term relationships with clients.

The Role

n

As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing cost plans and estimates throughout the design and delivery phases.
n
- Producing Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
n
- Managing tender processes and evaluating contractor submissions.
n
- Contract administration and post-contract cost management.
n
- Preparing progress claims, variations and final accounts.
n




- Producing accurate cost reports and providing commercial advice to clients.
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
n
- Supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects across a range of sectors.
n

About You

n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
n
- A minimum of 2 years' local Australian experience within a Skilled Quantity Surveying (PQS) consultancy.
n
- Experience across both pre- and post-contract cost management.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
n
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to develop your career within a consultancy environment.
