The Role:

n

Based in Sydney CBD, we're seeking an experienced Production Coordinator looking to step up or an established Production Manager to take ownership of end-to-end production operations and help drive efficiency across our supply chain. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, problem-solving, and building strong supplier relationships — with the added bonus of being hands-on in a growing, dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

n

- Manage the full production lifecycle — from raw material procurement to finished goods.
n
- Use NetSuite to plan, track, and optimise production schedules, inventory, and reporting.
n
- Oversee capacity planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
n
- Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
n
- Monitor stock levels, set reorder points, and ensure accuracy across all orders.
n
- Lead communication on quality, variances, and shipment updates.
n




- Drive process improvements to streamline workflows.
n
- Mentor and support junior team members.
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience in production within apparel is a must.
n
- Experience within workwear or uniforms highly regarded.
n
- Proven NetSuite expertise across production, inventory, and order management.
n
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
- Must hold unrestricted full-working rights.
n
