Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Broker to join their team in their brand-new office in Burleigh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both residential and commercial lending, with a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

- Loan Applications: Process loan applications, gather required documentation, and conduct financial assessments to determine eligibility.

- Loan Structuring: Provide expert advice on loan structuring, interest rates, and repayment terms to meet clients' individual needs.

- Negotiation:Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible terms and conditions for clients.

- Compliance:Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field.

- Well connected in the industry.
n
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and financial products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, you will NOT be micro managed.
