We’re looking for 2x Educators to join us in Broome. You may be Diploma qualified, or an experienced Certificate III Educator who knows their craft and is ready to bring that experience to the team.

The job

At its core, this role is about creating a space where children feel secure, confident and proud of who they are. A place where learning happens through connection, routine and play – not just ticking off outcomes.

You’ll be part of the rhythm of the day. Supporting learning, guiding behaviour, building trust with families and working alongside your team to keep things consistent, calm and considered.

This isn’t a role where you work in isolation. It’s shared. Visible. Relational. You’ll be contributing to an environment where expectations are clear, feedback is part of the work and consistency matters.

You’ll be trusted to

- create environments where children feel safe, included and supported
- plan and deliver play-based learning that reflects each child’s development
- observe, document and reflect on learning in a way that actually informs what you do next





You’ll also play a key part in the day-to-day standards – supervision, safety, communication with families and working alongside your team so children experience the same level of care, no matter who they’re with.

The details

These are full-time positions offering:

Diploma Educator – $43.70 per hour

Certificate III Educator – $39.58 per hour

You’ll also have access to salary packaging, which can increase your take-home pay.

This position is Broome residential, preference will be given to applicants already residing in the Kimberley region. Visa sponsorship is not available for these opportunities.

- addresses issues directly rather than letting things sit or escalate

You’ll hold either a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with demonstrated experience working as an Educator, together with the required WWCC and Police Clearance.

Just as importantly, you’ll bring a genuine respect for Aboriginal-led services and culturally responsive practice.
