Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator. The role involves designing and developing engaging eLearning modules, ensuring courses are SCORM-compliant, and maintaining the learning management system (LMS) for optimal performance. The eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator will upload, test, and organize course content, manage user enrollments, and track learner progress and analytics.

Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials, updating existing content based on feedback, and supporting learners and internal stakeholders with LMS-related questions. The role also includes troubleshooting technical issues, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of training and development programs.

- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management and LMS administration to manage users, courses, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to support organizational learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of SCORM standards to ensure compatibility and proper course tracking.
- Experience with common LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in testing and quality assurance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with remote teams and subject matter experts.
- Relevant education or certification in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field is preferred.
