Powerfactor tries to avoid domestic works, its not really our thing.

We specialises in commercial & industrial control wiring for air conditioning systems and mechanical ventilation systems, property maintenance and tenancy fit outs in the Greater Brisbane Area.

Qualifications & experience:

· Qld Electrical Licence

· White Card, CPR/LVR

· Manual Driver’s Licence

· Be reliable and able to work OT if required

· Be able to work unsupervised or in a team environment

Tasks & responsibilities:

· Control wiring for Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems

· New fit outs

· LED Lighting upgrades for commercial and industrial properties

· Mains/switchboard and power - upgrades/replacements

· Electrical and programmed maintenance

· Fault finding and diagnosis

· Safety inspections and reporting

· Liaising with clients

· Reading plans and coordinating some aspects of projects

· Supervising apprentices and junior electricians
