We are Smarter Air & Electrical, a rapidly expanding, culture-focused company in Yatala. Specialising in split, ducted A/C, and growing into heat pumps and smart electrical services, we need a skilled electrician to take ownership of our residential electrical work and help drive our exciting growth.

?️ Your Key Role & Responsibilities (Electrical Focus ONLY)

As our Electrician, you will be the key player handling the Air-conditioning electrical circuits for our main lines of business across the Gold Coast, Brisbane South, and Ipswich. You will focus solely on the electrical trade—no refrigeration or pipework required.

- A/C & Heat Pump Circuits: Carrying out circuits, upgrades, and power supply for ducted air conditioning, split systems, and modern heat pump installations in residential homes.
- Residential Electrical: Switchboard upgrades, smart home installations, and limited general domestic electrical work.
- Team Leadership: Site inspections, mentoring, and training your own dedicated apprentice.
- Driving to residential jobs primarily within South Brisbane and Gold Coast.

✅ What You Bring

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Electrician with a excellent work ethic to join our team.
- QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years post-trade experience in Queensland (essential for the generous pay scale).




- Demonstrated experience with A/C electrical circuits and working within residential homes.
- Current Driver's Licence, Blue/White Card, and First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously.

Advantageous (We Will Train You!): While experience with SimPRO or additional tickets (Working At Heights, Refrigerant Handling License) is a bonus, we are committed to upskilling the right candidate and will provide the necessary training.
