About the Role

As a qualified electrician or leading hand at Big Blue, you'll be more than just a tradesperson — you'll be a leader, mentor and key contributor across a range of commercial projects. You'll be part of a team delivering structured, high-standard work, backed by strong project management and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Your responsibilities include:

? Leading and mentoring apprentices while working alongside key team members





?️ Delivering commercial construction projects with direct support from our project management team

? Ensuring compliance with Australian wiring rules and standards

? Managing project timelines and milestones with precision

? Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and lift the standard

Who We're Looking For

Skills & Experience To be successful, you'll need:

● WA Electrical Licence

● Australian Work Rights (Visa / Residency / Citizenship)





● Valid Driver's Licence

● Experience in commercial (and ideally domestic) work

● White Card

● Police Clearance

Highly regarded:

● Leading hand / supervisory experience

● EWP High Risk Licence

● Open Cabling Licence

● Thermal Imaging Level 1
