Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist / Social Media Coordinator role at CEDE: CÁMARA DE ENERGÍA DEL ECUADOR is a part-time, remote position focused on planning, creating, and executing digital communication campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and monitoring key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

The role also involves creating and publishing social media content across relevant platforms, managing posting calendars, and engaging with the online community to strengthen brand presence. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with organizational objectives, ensure consistency in tone and branding, and provide regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization. This position requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, produce,



and optimize content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages for email and social media campaigns.
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles, including analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar) and basic knowledge of A/B testing and list management.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) and basic graphic or content editing tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a data-informed approach to improving campaign performance.
- Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; experience in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus.
