Role Description

This is a full‑time role based in Sydney NSW (Sydney CBD and surrounding areas) for an Employment Pathways Specialist available for an immediate start. This position is ideal for an experienced ESP or sales driven individual who is ready to step into a people‑focused role, driving team performance and targets in a fast‑paced and outcomes‑driven environment.

Working directly with our National Employment Pathways Manager, you will provide hands‑on guidance, and support to your clients while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high engagement. You will lead strategic efforts to identify growth opportunities, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and support new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key relationships with Employment Service Providers through effective account management and strategic engagement.




- Drive new business development by identifying partnership opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Consistently work toward and achieve defined KPIs, sales targets, and activity benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with branch teams to support and exceed regional targets through coordinated sales and account strategies.
- Contribute to data reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities and monitor overall account health.
