Job Title: eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager

n

Location: Sydney

n

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager to lead the online store's trading performance and digital marketing strategy. This is a key role focused on driving revenue, conversion, and customer growth across digital channels.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day trading of the online store, delivering on sales and profit targets
n
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and affiliates
n
- Optimise onsite merchandising, content, and user journey to enhance conversion
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, product launches, and omnichannel initiatives
n
- Report on key performance metrics and drive data-led decision making
n
- Oversee digital budgets and manage external agency performance
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing within fast-paced retail or lifestyle brands
n
- Proficiency with Shopify and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
n
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in trading, reporting, and CRO
n
- Excellent communication and project management skills
n
- A customer-first approach with a focus on growth and efficiency
n
