Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Adelaide, SA

Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in medical device sales while working with leading orthopaedic technology, including Stryker's MAKO robotic-arm assisted platform.

You'll partner with experienced Territory Managers, gain hands‐on clinical and commercial experience, and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high‐performance healthcare setting.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
n
- Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
n
- Learn and support MAKO robotic‐assisted surgery technology.
n
- Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
n
- Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
n
- Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
n
- Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
n
- Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.
n

What You Will Need

n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
n
- Valid driver's licence.
n
- Ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.
n
- Ability to work in operating theatre environments.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer‐facing role.
n
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.
n
- Experience coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project‐based activities.
n
- Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices.
