Middle Office Analyst

n

This is a hands-on Middle Office role within a small, high-performing team. You'll take ownership of critical operational processes, work directly with traders and risk, and focus on automation and Python-driven solutions to build scalable, effective workflows that support our global trading business.

What You'll Do

- Investigate and reconcile trading costs between trading, middle office, and finance, ensuring all P&L;, fees, and transaction data align.
n
- Manage and optimise treasury functions, including FX exposures and borrowing costs.
n
- Monitor, report, and optimise cash, costs, and risks across multiple clearers and alternative trading venues.
n
- Build Python-based automation tools to streamline reconciliations, reporting,



and other recurring processes.
n
- Collaborate with trading and operations on new market setup and expansion initiatives.
n
- Partner with finance and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate position and P&L; reconciliations across all products and markets.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in middle office, trading operations, or risk support in a trading environment.
n
- Strong Python skills with the ability to automate processes and build tools.
n
- A hands-on problem solver with attention to detail and a drive to improve workflows.
n
- Experience with regulatory reporting, reconciliations, cost monitoring, or treasury functions.
n
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across trading, finance, and risk.
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
