Are you a Podiatrist – whether newly graduated or well into your career – looking for a role where you can genuinely grow, be mentored, and make a real difference in people’s lives? This is your chance to join a busy, well-established podiatry practice on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

This opportunity is unique in that it welcomes both new graduates seeking a supportive first role and experienced practitioners wanting a well-established patient base and room to grow – with relocation support on offer to help make the move to Port Macquarie easy.

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, based on-site at a up-to-date, fully equipped clinic.

Your Key Responsibilities as the Podiatrist:

- Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough podiatric assessments and develop tailored treatment plans across a diverse client base, from children to seniors and elite athletes.
- General & Surgical Care: Deliver general podiatry care and perform nail surgery and other minor surgical procedures, including for ingrown toenails and warts.
- Biomechanics & Orthotics: Undertake biomechanical assessments and provide orthotic therapy, including custom orthotics using state of the art orthotic technology.
- High-Risk Foot Care: Provide diabetic and high-risk foot care and wound care for chronic and acute wounds, promoting healing and preventing infection.
- Paediatric & Sports Podiatry: Provide paediatric podiatry for developmental concerns and, where interested, sports podiatry for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Patient Education:

Educate patients on foot care and preventative measures to support long-term foot health.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

About You:

- A new graduate seeking a supportive first role with genuine mentorship, or an experienced Podiatrist looking for a well-established patient base
- Sound skills (or new-graduate training) in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of podiatric conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients
- A commitment to exceptional, patient-centred care and high standards of professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Mandatory: AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist, or eligibility for registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia

Why This Clinic:

This Clinic has spent years building a trusted name in podiatry care on the Mid North Coast, grounded in efficiency, exceptional patient experience and quality. You’ll join a close-knit, supportive team with full administrative backing, giving you the space to focus on what you do best – caring for patients.

With modern facilities, access to advanced diagnostic and orthotic technology, and a genuine investment in your development, our client offers the kind of environment where clinicians – at any career stage – can thrive, all while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in a beautiful coastal setting.
