A global Tier 1 solar brand, backed by a Fortune 500 parent company, is expanding its presence in Australia. With only one team member currently on the ground, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Drive sales of solar modules (primary) and energy storage solutions (secondary).
n
- Build and manage B2B client relationships, focusing on EPCs and C&I; projects.
n
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events,



and partner marketing activities.
n
- Collaborate with global teams while shaping the local strategy in Australia.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in solar module sales (5+ years preferred).
n
- Proven success in B2B client and channel development.
n
- Strong background in the solar/renewable energy sector.
n
- High integrity and commitment to respecting existing partner relationships.
n

- Competitive compensation:

- Experienced candidates: from AU$10k/month.
n
- Senior candidates (5+ years): up to AU$15k–18k/month.
n
- Base salary + 13th month + performance bonus/commission.

- Direct reporting to the Business Unit Director.
