Your recent role In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused administrative and business support, acting as a key interface between operational teams and customer service areas.
n
- Respond to service requests, enquiries, and complaints from internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.
n
- Prepare, track, and manage quotes, estimates, work orders, and job files, ensuring all systems and records are accurate and up to date.
n
- Support planning and scheduling of operations, including requisitioning materials and equipment using relevant information systems.
n
- Assist with invoice processing, billing accuracy, and timely authorisations to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery,



while maintaining high standards of administrative support and team collaboration.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong computer literacy and administrative experience, with the ability to efficiently manage data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
n
- High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience supporting operational teams, including coordinating administrative activities, requisitioning materials, and liaising with customer service functions.
n
- Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba is highly desirable
