We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Flour Blending and Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) operations. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient and high‐quality production outcomes while leading and developing a small team.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will oversee day‐to‐day production activities across the FlourBlending and TVP areas, ensuring safety, quality, output and team performance standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
n
- Supervise daily production operations across Flour Blending and TVP
n
- Lead, coach and support a small team of operators
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, quality and site procedures
n
- Monitor workflow, output, downtime and production performance
n
- Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate where required
n
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting
n
- Drive continuous improvement and promote high workplace standards
n
About You
n
You will be a practical, hands‐on leader with experience in manufacturing, food production or a similarindustrial environment.
n
You will bring:
n
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
n
- Strong leadership skills in a hands‐on operational setting
n
- Sound understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
n
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and keep production moving
n
- Good communication, organisation and team leadership skills
n
- Experience in food manufacturing, dry blending, grain, milling or similar processing environments would be an advantage but not essential
n
- Experience with production reporting systems
n
