Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of commercial furniture and custom joinery products. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CNC Operator / Wood Machinist to join their production team. Working in a modern manufacturing environment, you'll be producing high-quality furniture and joinery components for commercial projects across Australia.

About the Role

- Set up and operate CNC machinery
- Load materials and monitor machine performance
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Produce components to accurate measurements and quality standards
- Carry out machine adjustments when required
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating CNC machine, preferably Biesse brand
- Experience within cabinet making, joinery, furniture manufacturing or shopfitting industries
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented attitude
- Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
- Experience with CNC programming is advantageous
