We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and own their own desk, drive business development and manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by dedicated Coordinators and strong internal systems.

What will you do?

- Build, manage and grow a portfolio of clients
n
- Drive consistent business development through proactive outreach and networking
n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across live roles
n
- Work closely with Coordinators to optimise recruitment delivery
n
- Follow Woods & Co's 8-Step Recruitment Process
n
- Submit and promote top candidates through reverse marketing
n
- Attend client meetings and networking events
n
- Maintain accurate activity and reporting in Bullhorn
n
- Build your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activity
n
n
What do you need?
n

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
n
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
n
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
n
- Experience using JobAdder or similar ATS is a bonus
n
- Self-driven, resilient and motivated to grow your desk
n
