This well-established manufacturer and supplier of construction materials across Queensland, is looking for a temporary accounts receivable officer to assist the finance team until the end of October. This is a full time, temporary role, based in their Port of Brisbane office.

Your new role
n
Reporting to the Senior AR Officer, key responsibilities will include:
n

- Processing and allocating customer payments within Microsoft Business Central
n
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
n
- Managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable transactions and related administration
n
- Assisting with month-end Accounts Receivable tasks and reconciliations
n
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy across the system
n
n
What you'll need to succeed

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a medium to large business environment.
n
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system.
n
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a process-driven approach.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Professional communication skills, with a reliable and proactive work ethic.
