Key Responsibilities
n

- Lead the technical direction and hands‐on delivery of platform development projects.
n
- Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of distributed, API‐driven systems.
n
- Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to define roadmaps, priorities, and timelines.
n
- Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable infrastructure design.
n
- Mentor and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality.
n
- Ensure all solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.
n

About You
n
n
- 5+ years' experience in software engineering, with at least 2 in a technical leadership role.
n
- Strong technical capability in Go, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for scalable applications.
n
- Proven experience in designing and implementing event‐driven systems for real‐time transactions.
n
- Designed and maintained Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts under GitOps pipelines.
n
- Experience designing and managing microservices, event‐driven systems, and API integrations.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
n
- Strong commercial mindset — capable of balancing technical excellence with delivery impact.
