Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Rates: $95-100/hour + Super

Your new role

n

The client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects. They will be reporting into the Senior Manager IT Systems and Infrastructure.

n

Accountabilities

n

n
- Translates business needs into structured delivery objectives as requirements gathering is approved for system implementation.
n
- Ensures traceability from requirements ranging from, build, test and deployment.
n
- Manages full lifecycle budgets (CapEx/OpEx) including monthly forecasting of spend monthly burn rate and reporting of any impending overspend.
n
- Oversee technical solution delivery to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and meets all security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
n
- Establish and lead a fortnightly Governance meeting on all projects being managed.
n




- Manage transition to operations including a benefits realisation report, lessons learned and project closure.
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Prince 2 or relevant equivalent project management qualification (i.e. PMP, Agile) and significant demonstrated experience in IT project management.
n
- Proven success in delivering compliance critical and enterprise HR systems.
n
- Proven end to end systems delivery (from initiation through to go live).
n
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
n
- Robust project governance, planning and control including knowledge of OH&S;, HR, Privacy and regulatory obligations.
n
- Demonstrated success in change management practices, training and adoption.
n
- Well-developed stakeholder, vendor and risk management capability
n
