YFS in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coach for the Next Step Plus program. This permanent full time role focuses on coaching, case management, and practical support for young people aged 15–25 exiting or preparing to leave care.

You will work with Child Safety and community partners to develop transition plans, assist with housing and employment, and advocate for positive outcomes. Strong initiative, adaptability and trauma-informed engagement are essential.
