You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally protected and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

You will also:

- Build andmaintainpositive relationships with local employers and community groups

- Develop tailored plans for participantsto create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment

- You will empower participantsby positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers

- Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What you will need

- You mayrequirea current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, butlet'shave a yarn about that

- Willing to complete a National Police check

- Willing to obtain aMyID(standard level)

- Ability to pass a Working with Children's check

- Eligibility to work in Australia
