Your new role

- Develop, manage and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with approved scope, standards and baselines.
- Monitor schedule performance, contractor progress and key project risks, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
- Support change management, resource planning, scenario analysis and stakeholder schedule reviews.
- Engage closely with project stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews, coordinate updates and drive alignment through to schedule finalisation.
- Ensure compliance with Our Requirements, MAP Internal Standards, the Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to major resources projects with a leading mining organisation, gaining valuable industry exposure while working in a supportive and professional team environment.



This Monday-to-Friday-based role offers the chance to further develop your project planning and scheduling expertise within a highly regarded business.

About the Candidate

- Highly proficient in Primavera P6, with the ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, supported by strong attention to detail.
- Exposure to engineering processes and/or construction environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Solid ability to coordinate and integrate multiple project activities effectively.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
