You'll play a key role in supporting school transitions as they take their next big step into adult life — becoming confident, valued members of the community and moving toward meaningful employment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety — from running group sessions to collaborating with schools, families, and allied health professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Welcoming recent clients and helping them to identify their goals and strengths
n
- Build genuine connections with clients, families, schools, host employers, TAFEs, and support coordinators
n
- Design and deliver training that people want to show up for
n
- Plan excursions, industry experiences, community activities, and work experience that spark excitement
n
- Keep training spaces organised, welcoming, and well‐resourced
n
- Respond to emails and calls with calm, friendly confidence
n
- Embrace technology and enjoy finding new ways to embed it into meaningful learning
n
- Keep client information accurate and up to date ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- You are someone who loves supporting people with a disability to embrace the community
n
- You have relevant training or education qualification (Cert IV TAE or similar)
n
n
Jobskill Training Experience Is Essential
n
n
- Experience delivering skills based group and 1:1 training (extra points if you make learning fun)
n
- Experience supporting people with disability and adapting your approach to different needs
n
- Workplace experience supporting participants centred goals, growth and independence
n
- Able to navigate all things IT – lumary would be an massive advantage but able to work around different client platforms
n
n
Must haves
n
n
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
n
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in the sector
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- National Criminal History Record Check
n
