Position

St Andrews Christian College is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for full-time and part-time Secondary School Teachers to join our team in 2026. As part of the Secondary School department, the successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our students. The main responsibilities and tasks of the role include:

Responsibilities

- Planning, preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons across the secondary school curriculum.
n
- Assessing and reporting on the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
n
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the needs of diverse student abilities and backgrounds.
n
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of teaching practices.
n
- Participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and pastoral care duties as required.
n
- Adhering to school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to nurturing the holistic development of young people. A relevant teaching qualification and experience in a similar role are essential.
