Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, refine, and manage requirements.

- Translate business needs into transparent user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions and backlog management.
n
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
n
- Ensure requirement traceability, impact analysis, and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).
n
- Develop test scenarios and support UAT to validate requirements.
n
- Identify dependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams.
n




- Continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience.
n

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, and documentation.
n
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MIRO.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
n
- Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
n
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
